Our solutions help power electric vehicles
Typical products include battery carriers, battery covers and battery boxes. We work with our customers from the development stage and provide a comprehensive supply of any metal parts, whether manufactured in-house or in cooperation with our suppliers. This allows us to supply simple pressed parts to the most complicated assemblies, consisting of, for example, aluminum profiles and castings, connected by welding technology, which we can then surface-treat and perform final milling and assembly operations.
Output inspection, including prescribed tests, e.g. leak test, torque test, etc., is a matter of course. This is followed by automatic cleaning, labeling and packaging of the final product.

Tool shop
Design, production and service of molds and tools
Products manufactured in our production facilities can be up to 6500x3500mm in size and weigh up to 50t:
- tools for cold stamping of sheet metal parts – progressive, transfer and tandem
- fixtures – control, measuring, welding, assembly and leak testing
- tools for casting Al- Gravity and low-pressure die casting molds, Cutting tools and Coreboxes for alumunium casting
Serial production
Mechanical manufacturing by cold stamping, laser cutting, CNC machining, etc.
We press in both manual and automatic modes, processing coils or semi-finished products in other designs depending on customer requirements. We can join the parts by welding, toxing or riveting. Our technologies also allow us to CNC machining of profiles, castings or other semi-finished products. We also provide assembly of nuts, bolts or clips. Prescribed testing, inspection, cleaning and marking of products are a common part of our production process.
